Tweetycam provides a complimentary one-year manufacturer's warranty on all purchased products, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are free from manufacturing and workmanship defects.

What is covered under the standard manufacturer warranty?

Our warranty covers any product fault or failure that does not involve human error, misuse, or failure to follow handling instructions.

Protection includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product arriving damaged, defective, or in sub-par condition, including manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Any product failure or damage due to improper use (failure to follow usage instructions).
  • Product failure or damage caused by incorrect set-up or incorrect power supply application.
  • Product failure or damage caused by dropping, impact, or water damage.
  • Scratches, dents, and marks caused by the user.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for my Tweetycam baby monitor?

Yes, you can opt to purchase an extended 1-year warranty at the time of your Tweetycam purchase. This extends your coverage beyond the initial one-year term but does not include physical damage.

What does the extended warranty include?

The extended warranty provides additional protection against defects in materials or workmanship that occur after the standard warranty period, ensuring your Tweetycam continues to function properly.

How do I claim my warranty service?

It's easy! Simply email us at support@tweetycam.com.au with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photo or video evidence of the issue

Warranty claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll be in touch to let you know how we'll proceed: either with a replacement or a refund.

Is the warranty transferable?

Yes, the Tweetycam warranty is transferable if you sell or gift your product to a new owner within the warranty period. To update the ownership details, just reach out to us at support@tweetycam.com.au.

Who covers the return shipping costs for warranty service?

Tweetycam will take care of return shipping costs for all valid warranty claims. Once your claim is approved, we'll provide you with a return label and instructions for sending your item back to us safely.
